EverGreen Maids hires and trains the best cleaning technicians available, ensuring our quality standards. All of our employees are actual employees – NOT independent contractors. This is the right way to run a cleaning business and it allows us to thoroughly screen and train our cleaners.
Once all screening is complete, each employee must complete a full week of training before being hired. Our rigorous training program instills our high standards. Additionally, each cleaner is bonded and insured, providing you peace of mind.
We treat our employees right and when you have a happy and motivated cleaner in your home, it makes a difference.
When you sign up for regular service, you will be assigned one of our cleaners as your regular cleaner. Since we do not clean in teams, each employee can be proud and accountable of their work. Your assigned cleaner will become familiar with your unique home and preferences, allowing you to have a very customized service.
100% of our customers prefer that we use their cleaning supplies, in order to minimize the spread of germs from one house to another. During your in-home consultation, we will go over a list of recommended cleaning supplies.
